Clitoral vibes comparison

Have anybody tried these three vibrator and tell me if they're all worth having or if having the three isn't necessary?:

Doxy wand: http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=30912

We-vibe tango: http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=30320

Lovehoney desire clitoral vibrator: http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=33304

I am looking for a good clitoral vibe (Never had one so far). I am very tempted buy the doxy but maybe it's kind of too big and too much (like too extreme). The tango never particurailly appealed me but after what everyone says about it.. and the lovehoney desire vibe just tempted me before and now even more after it was classed like the best tested buy a magasine or something.

Any suggestions?

I'm disappointed with the desire clit vibe. I don't find it particularly powerful, and the vibrations aren't what I'd call rumbly either - it takes me a long while to orgasm with it. The Tango is brilliant, powerful, rumbly and does the job quickly. It's hard plastic though, so it could feel a bit aggressive if you prefer the softer materials. The Doxy is amazing. So much more than a clit vibe, but does that job too!

If it's a clit vibe you want, my recommendation would be the Tango

I have the Tango and the Doxy. They are both great in different ways and I think both are worth buying.

The Tango is just great to use during sex or while using another toy. It's really powerful and rumby. Since it's so small it's very easy to use during sex or while using a dildo or anal toy on yourself.

The Doxy's power is crazy. This toy may be a bit difficult to use during sex and I find it's best just on its own because it's a bit heavy. It is an orgasm guarantee and I love it.

I think both would be a fun addition to your collection, since they are quite different. :)

Thanks to you both.

Foxxy Have you tried this one: http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=30890 I finds it is like your description of the desire vibe too. Do you know how they compair?

I don't use the Desire vibe much, I found it a little bit too buzzy for my tastes. It wasn't really strong enough for me either. The shape is nice though.

I absolutely adore my Tango, if you enjoy pin-point stimulation, then I'd highly recommend it. It's powerful, rumbly and almost never fails me. It's a reliable bullet that produces fast orgasms. As Foxxy said, the material can make the vibrations feel more aggressive, so if you prefer something softer, you may want to find a silicone option such as the Touch or Mimi Soft.

I have the die-cast version of the Doxy and absolutely adore it. I've heard the original is still very rumbly and powerful though. It's versatile and doesn't have to be used just on the clitoris. It is not a vibrator I opt to use during penetrative sex though, it's refined to solo time or other types of sex as it's quite big and bulky.

I've tried a few vibrators from the Fifty Shades line, although not that one in particular, but I haven't been impressed. I'd describe the ones I've tried as not very powerful with buzzy vibrations.

The Rocks Off Bamboo that Imh95 mentioned is a nice little vibe, vibrations are buzzy, but it's quite strong considering the batteries that it uses. It's the perfect size for use during sex.

If you're looking for something to use during sex, then I'd say a smaller vibe like the Tango is probably your best option.

All I have at the moment for clit stimulation is:

Lovehoney basic mini vibrator (a classic vibrator): http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=31573

the FSOG g spot vibe: http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=26067

the LH basic g spot vibe: http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=33561

and the FSOG vibe: http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=30890

I also have two rabbits (jessica rabbit and happu rabbit)

Generally, I like a bigger contact surface with my toys, that's how I feel the most power, but this may be due to them lacking power of those toys. The LH g spot vibe is the one I am using the most because it is the most powerful (yet very buzzy). I like the ears of my rabbit and I find the vibrations are deeper and I like that.

I don't know what would be the best (altought I am sure the doxy wouldn't decieve me)

I have Mamz, I reviewed it for LH when they launched it. I actually prefer that to the desire vibe, I think because the hard plastic doesn't dampen the vibes as much as the silicone on the desire vibe. It's very similar to the Lelo Mia in terms of power and vibrations. I think it's a good option if you don't need extra power, but to be honest it just lies at the bottom of a draw now. The Tango is my go-to bullet

I have the [Lovehoney competitor] version of the desire and I think I have had one orgasm from it EVER! The Tango is on my list and will likely be my next purchase with all of the rave reviews. I have the Doxy and it is amazing, occasionally my mind wins and I don't get to cum with it or it takes ages for my second orgasm with it but it works so well most of the time for me and my orgasms can be really hit and miss when my mind plays havoc with me! I certainly don't regret buying it, it is definitely worth the money!

Tsk Tsk for AS
If you like broad contact have you considered the je joue MiMi? Every but as powerful as the tango (well nearly) but softer with a rounder tip.

I own it too and find it lacks power, that why I was wondering if the desire was similar because if it is it must be a huge let down.

Gem276 I am sure that I am gonna love the doxy, but I was wondering if it was too much (like it's big and it's main powered and all) when you can have a smaller vibe that's just as good (or almost). It's the only one in those that I mentioned that I seriously consider buying in the next months (one at the time eh)

Sum Sub I haven't! I didn't know it was that good but that sound interesting (exept it's more expensive than the two others). I just don't know if my experience (with not so powerful vibes) is enough to determine if I like pinpoint or broader stimulation, and I don't think the doxy is gonna elp me find out (because I sure am gonna love it, independetly than my preference).

I think Lelo also has vibes with a similar shape to the desire one? Anyone has tried them?

The Doxy is the most powerful wand on the market, so if you are after something to knock your socks off that is always a good one to go for!

I have the Tango and personally it does get too powerful for me, and I like a large surface area too. I always pick my Touch over my Tango as the vibrations are pleasurable and and the silicone/shape is wonderful, with a decent amount of power: http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=30319

I have not had a proper look at the Desire but it is being raved and applauded at the moment since it was on TV, and a winner for Good Housekeeping!

I own the fsog bullet and was devastated by how underpowered it is 😞 I tried it once but no I hardly new it was there. It's ashame I so wanted to love it but it failed miserably.
If I was you I'd figure out whether I prefered pinpoint or broader stimulation first. Saying that I'm not sure if I have a preference as I love pinpoint. If I'm grabbing a small clit vibe I'll go for a pinpoint one everytime, but I'm the other hand I love my wands. They are always first choice because the rumblyness and power.

Pinpoint - the Lovehoney flash is decent and rechargeable too. I always gave about the Tracey Cox Supersex clit vibe. It's battery powered but the power is so there 😊 also you can take the petals off and use it as a bullet. It'd be a good one to help you figure out of you prefer pinpoint or all over simulation.
I absolutely love the look of the touch which Paige just linked mind.
It all depends what you're willing to spend to risk trial and error. I see youve got luxury your up there the doxy for instance. I don't have it but know it'll be amazing 😄 Reckon that little TC clit vibe would defiantly help you figure it out hunni 💟xx

P.s there's so many good options to choose I'm sure you'll find your perfect vibe , hopefully without spending too much. But it's all part of the fun finding your fav, buying from the sales etc 😍💟xx

Been following this thread to find out what the best option is too. As someone who only enjoys powerful toys (even some LH label as powerful are no where near enough) I am 100% looking at getting the Doxy. If it's the most powerful out there I absolutely need to have one. I have a wand at the moment that is powered by the mains but it was about three times cheaper than the Doxy and although powerful, I still get frustrated because it isn't enough. After reading the thread I'm pretty convinced the Doxy is the best.

Will still be following this thread though, looking for all the best recommendations.

Thanks everyone!

Paige: the we-vibe touch has like a dug curve, des it reduce the contact?

I was finding the desire interesting because it could offer a pinpoint stimulation or stimulate a bigger surgace and it looked powerful and its shape looks great, but with people here saying that it is not powerful enough I'm hesitant

Slinky binky: I know I was so excited to get it and really wanted to love it but it didn't happen.

Are you talking about the toy that looks like a flower? I never got these toys. How can it help me know wich stimulation I prefer? Is there other toys that would be great for that that you are aware of?

Thanks

For me it doesn't at all. I think the photo kind of over-estimates how much of a big curve it is, but it's actually quite small. It sits perfectly for me for a really good surface area of stimulation :)

Thanks!

Mamz, its such ashame with the desire offering both optiond to help you workout which you prefer having. I was so excited about the desire too but the, negative feedback is offputting when you want power lol. It's a real shame as it screams luxury at a reasonable price.

Sorry hunni, I should of been more descriptive. Yeah it's totally that pretty little flower 😄 you can take the pink sleeve off leaving you with a little love egg/bullet 😃 in the reviews I saw folk saying that they ended up taking the sleeve of, not me. I totally love those fluttering petals 😄 also if you're looking to spend more money in the long-run this could most definantly help you on your way - pinpoint or more surrounded - if you love the petals flicking than you're most definantly a pinpoint lass, wheras if you find yourself taking the sleeve of them surrounded it is. It'll help you devide; we vibe tango or the doxy (although like you said the doxy is most definantly going to be great, it was the first that came to mind.) 💟xx

Kitten features - the doxy most certainly claims to be the most powerful out there and I've heard nothing to suggest it's not. Only ever heard rave reviews about its power and rumbly vibrations. If you're feeling underwhelmed by most other toys id agree 'you need it in your life'. Since getting my powerhouse mains powered wand everything else is pretty much redundant lol! 💟xx

Hi I have the desire and it is very controllable, you can alter the intensity in each pattern or setting. But I found it lacked power for me. Now I am a power queen, but it was not as powerful as the lelo nea. I would choose one of the other two.

The Tango's advantage is that you can use it with all toys that have a hole for a standard-sized bullet (like Tantus vibrators, which come with some buzzy thingy that I find useless).

The Doxy might work as a massager (I say might, because my Bodywand Original feels awful to me).

That seems like two good reasons to eventually get both toys.

Though I want neither: I don't like hard plastic pin-point stimulations in a small package that numbs my fingers when holding it (the main reason why I hardly ever use the Tracy Cox "tulip" vibe - though it's nice that the bullet fits into the finger loop of this butt plug: http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=29779), and for me the big wands are not sex toys, but mood-killers...

I was thinking about the LH Desire, until I read the reviews about buzzy vibrations (I easily believe in buzzy vibrations but I'm wary of reviews claiming that a toy's vibrations are rumbly unless I know what the reviewer is comparing to: Do they even know what rumbly vibrations are? In my experience truly rumbly vibrators cost serious money.)

Now, my go-to clit vibes are: Firstly, the LH Venus Butterfly http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=22172 which objectively is a piece of crap (jelly rubber sleeve, straps don't work as they should and can be ripped off much too easily, not waterproof), but it's very powerful with the thick rubber providing the squishiness I love, works hands-free and takes rechargeable batteries. And can often enough be had for around £ 10.

Secondly, the Lelo Mona 2 http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=26151 which I got as a very good bargain (would never have paid full price!). I find the vibrations underwhelming (compared to the Denia), but the shape is easier to use for only clit stim (later penetration not excluded) than the L'Amourose Denia, which has the far superior vibrations.

G-Spot vibes also work as clit vibes, but normally it doesn't work the other way round, so I'll get more use out of a G-Spot vibe...

If I had to buy a G-Spot vibe at (nearly) full price, I'd go for either the We-Vibe Rave http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=34852 (purely on Dangerouslilly's recommendations) or the L'Amourose Prism http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=35385 (hoping/assuming that they use the same motors in all their toys). In practice I'll wait for the Christmas sale and see what crops up! It's only 7 months ;)

Oh, I nearly forgot to share Epiphora's classification of the Lelo Siri 2: She writes that it is more powerful than the JeJoue Mimi or the Wevibe Touch, but less powerful than the Mona. That means that for me both Mimi and Touch (and the Siri, which I had never considered anyway) are out of the running...

We haven't used the Doxy during sex and the more I read about Tango the more I want one!! The Doxy is perfect for masturbation, it's easy to hold and control and its weight doesn't change that, I use it propped up on pillows with my legs bent and spread!

My fella loves it when we use our over the door restraints and makes me spread my legs! Due to the power of it you don't have to move it around so you don't get cramp, you literally hold it in place and let it do its thing! He really loves using it on me! It's the only toy that has left me literally incoherent xx go for it!
