I use to have one, I thought it was excellent! I would reccomend using a male suppliment so you stay errect whilst doing the mould as well as putting a few bin bags down as it can be messy. I personally wouldnt do a vibrating one as the vibrator is pretty naff in my opinion.
We've wasted loads of powder trying to make the mould for it. Have not given up yet, as we'd really REALLY like to have a replica, but it's been very disappointing thus far. The mould just gets solid way too quickly. Anyone who's managed to master this art, any tips please? Greatly appreciated. I have read all reviews, even on the female moulding kits too. Have watched youtube videos, read up online. We are becoming desparate...

As already said, the mold is messy and does leak a bit so be sittin on an old towel or something you don't mind getting messy. I found if I tried to follow the instructions with temp of the water it all went wrong. I warmed the water a little, quickly mixed and poured and it worked fine.
However, I then used plaster of paris in the mold rather than the provided mix. Once it was hard I broke the mold and then used a very liquid plster of paris mix to fill in the bubble holes that will definitely be there and leave it to dry. I then used silicon rubber to make a mold (lots of layers over a few days) and you have a permanent mold that you can reuse
Also you can then chose which vib you want to use for an extra buzz.
I could never get a bubble free me until I went the plaster of paris route.

That's the thing! We have! To the letter. Read all instructions several times, reviews too, watched all videos on Lovehoney and Youtube and the manufacturer's site, did everything to the letter! Several times. The damn mould just solidifies way too quickly, like before even getting a chance to pour the thing into the tube!!! Arrrgh, I really wish to succeed! Wasted loads of powders already, have no idea what to change in the recipe! I think it's the water tempreture. We'll use hot as hell water next time to earn a few minutes...

That is weird, perhaps soft or hard water has an effect on it. Hot water should accelerate the cure so youd be better trying cold. I believe you can add a little extra water to slow the cure of alginate too. You can buy alginate designed for body casting from mould making stores online. they sell different types, some slow set, some fast. It might be worth looking in to those.
Ive done four casts with the clone a willy kit, they all set ok and at the right time, I just had one kit where the rubber didn’t set and another where I touched the side and messed up the casting. So only 2 successfully cloned willys from the 4 tries.
Thanks for the tips, Dali, I've been trying to get *industrial* amounts of alginate, unfortunately for me, there aren't many that sell them in my area (not even online)... haven't given up though as we really want to have a "clone" done, so we'll persist 'till success! But yeah, it is frustrating... I haven't really thought about this, but maybe you're onto something with how hard the water is! Ours is as hard as it gets :(.
