So I attempted as a Christmas present to do this for my mrs and it absolutely failed it had two bags of powder first one epic fail second time I thought it went well until I pulled the silicone mild out 
Any advice on a cheaper way to retry as I donât really want to buy another hole kit

You can get refills for the poweder.
Id also recommend looking up a guide on how yo do them. There are some good ones online including on youtube

Yeah I seen those but I also used the silicone so to buy Both itâs not much cheaper than just buying another one lol
Iâm going to be honest I would suggest just getting her a new kit and then the whole fun of it is her helping you to mold it! My OH did this for Christmas a few years ago and Boxing Day was just so much fun making it. It is also a much easier job to do with two sets of hands, plus someone tickling your balls while setting probably helps with the staying hard.
To be 100% honest, I donât use it much as a vibrator though it did turn out looking pretty good. I have way better rumbly, rechargeable vibes which I prefer but it was so much fun making it and I love that I have an anatomically correct sculpture of him and happy memories of making it.

+1 for @Peitho 's reply. It was tricky to do it on my own, too many things to juggle. On reflection it wouldâve been easier and more fun to do it as a couple. But another kit and rope the Mrs in to help.

Again another agree with @Peitho definitely a fun 2 person job, only problem I had is where I have a slight bend, the head of my dick kinda had a flat spot where it was up against the plastic, that was our go to toy for many years, it has since been retired, but we do have another kit that we plan to make again soon

We had a bit of a fail first time too. Ended up swapping the tube for a used tonic bottle with the end cut off for a bit of extra girth. The mould material is just âalginateâ which is readily available online in big bags so you can have a few goes.
I went one step further to surprise her. I cast a plaster willy, then used that to make a second mould out of food grade silicone to make chocolate cocks filled with salted caramel

Use to make the mould the other times Iâll look for the stuff see weâre I can get it but donât want to pay ÂŁ17 just for the silicone
Easiest place for small quantities is a certain âauction siteâ. Lots of suppliers sell it on there in various sizes
I had teouble doing it on my own 
my OH wanted me to make it myself and leave it her as a surprise when i next had to work away, she ended up having to help me, its still came out wrong they are difficult to do

I know you can technically buy silicon moulding powder on its own (for moulding stuff/art etc) but i dont know enough about it to really point you anywhere sadly
I would also suggest retrying with an extra pair of hands, my attempt was okay but defo couldâve used the help.

I was going to attempt the clone a Willy as a stocking filler for the wife, but have read so many failed reviews it put me off!
Its a great product and a great idea for a stocking filler, its just hard to do alone, trying to mix the powder quickly at the exact timing makes keeping the hard on difficult to maintain

Doing it together was the best part. She was in charge of keeping me âreadyâ so staying hard was the easy bit The whole thing was just a bit of a giggle and the sex afterwards was amazing!
Most of the issues seem to come from the fact the tube is just too narrow, and if you touch the sides itâs pretty much ruined. Iâd suggest doing a test run- check yourself in the empty tube and if you canât move it around a little without touching then try and find a bigger tube to use instead. We used a 1l tonic bottle that I cut down to give about 10-15mm gap at the end.
With a decent mould wall thickness all around it should be much more successful, the next stages are much easier

I really want to make some clones of my willy . With my wife being a non participant I have not tried . There are a bunch of instructional videos on YouTube . In my mind a key part would be to maintain a super erection during the process . I would take 50mg of Viagra . From there timing is everything from what I read and in videos I watched . I also think I would substitute a much better rechargeable vibrator , as many complained about the strength and battery life of the one it comes with . I also think half the fun would be with partner helping in the making of your clone .
Tried the kit, I guess we were having too much fun as the mixture use to make the mould had practically gone off before insertion.

Just made one with my wife. First attempt turned out good enough but will try again in the future. Head is slightly misshapen because of thin mold due to slight curve in my erection causing my penis to almost touch plastic tube. I decided for whatever reason to reinstert my erection in the mold after we made the dildo. And I gotta say it felt kind of good. Maybe I have a new masturbator.
Donât waste your time or money , not worth it , got a refund never again
