My better half and myself are interested in trying a cock ring to heighten the stimulation for her whilst helping to increase my stamina at the same time.

A great way to increase your stamina is something called edging. It's essentially where you masturbate until you almost cum, then stop. Keep on repeating that process, then over time, you will be able to last longer.
You can also strengthen your muscles down there by doing some exercises each day. If you keep tensing the muscle you use when you want to stop peeing, then that's the same muscle that helps to stop you cumming.
