Hi, I've never found a cockring to get in the way as such, but I have also found that they don't do a huge amount if clitoral stimulation for me, I imagine that's due to a mixture of having a high set clit and liking alot of pressure/power.
The vibrations shouldn't cause any pain or discomfort to the man at all, if anything theoretically they should be pleasurable for the man too.

I wouldn't say there's a maximum time it can be worn, but would say take it off if there's any discomfort. Many cock rings are stretchy and shouldn't cause any more pressure than a tight hand if fitted correctly and therefore shouldn't be any risk for wearing for a longer session.

Personally i don't like wearing them, they seem uncomfortable to wear and don't offer any benefits for us as a couple.
