Doggy position with a vibrating cock ring for her clit will most likely never touch her in the right spot. You would do better with a small Vibe for her to hold like:

Agreed with above. A cock ring would not be your best option in these positions as the likelihood of it reaching the right spot AND stimuting it are very limited. I would definitely opt for a small bullet vibrator instead.

I know this is an old topic but the finger vibe from Cal Exotics, Mini Marvels Tickler or Mini Marvels Arouser, are fantastic.
