I wear a thick Stainless Steel one 24/7. I have been for the last 8 years. Sizing is very important as there is nothing worse than waking up in the middle of the night with a hard on so hard it hurts and you wonder if it will ever go down, but I love the weight and feel naked when I’m not wearing it.

When i was little I once got an elastic band around one of my fingers so tight i could not get it off. My mother had to get a razor blade to cut it and told me never to do that again otherwise my finger could drop off, there is a lesson to be learned there somewhere.

Same as @Northseaguy I can wear a steel cock ring all day and it feels great. I would not wear a stretchy one for too long. So I do wear it to shop or work. But you do not need to be careful as if it slipped off it could make quite a noise!!
Depending on how tight it is really… ideally you only want to wear it an hour at the most to ensure circulation isn’t being cut off but if it feels comfortable and there is not signs of circulation restriction, then you can wear till you notice it gets uncomfortable…
