Thank you. Didn’t think of the “let it suck me in” approach. The one we use is basically a gel type therefore rather soft. I don’t think it would work for ED issues.
As mentioned, squeeze it as flat, as much air out as you can and push in as far as you can. The vacuum effect will help pull you right in and also helps hold it on.
As others said, kind of have to pinch the end and also as much as you can turn the opening inside out as you slide in. Then release the pinch and let it suck you in then roll it back down your shaft. We have several of the mega mighty sleeves and that’s how it works best for us. Does help, if you know you intend to use it, to have it out and easy to grab when you’re ready. Definitely not functional for us if I’m having any issue with erection quality getting in my head, only works to help a hard dick be bigger.

I put a little lube in the sleeve, a little on me, pinched the air out and lined the opening with the tip of my cock. Released the pinch on the sleeve and it sucked me right in to the end of the sleeve. Took no more than 20 seconds for the whole operation. I believe my wife will be receiving a bigger cock one night this week.
I measured myself with it on and it is about 7" girth and about 8" inches long so I gain about 1/2" of girth and about 1" in length.

Not exactly the same thing, but I also have this one that really does just add a thick ball/knot at the base. @user2071 - I highly recommend the Mega Mighty 1 Extra Inch Silicone. I’ve had almost all the soft plastic extenders in the Mega Mighty range and really liked them all for various reasons (except the 3 Extra Inches - I couldn’t figure how it was actually any longer than the 2 Extra inches). It’s possible I’ll get the Girthy out occasionally, but this is now #1 for doing all the things we really want out of an extender.
