I have not, but my experience with these kinds of sleeves with best with an erection inside: they’re more for extending size and girth than ED aids as they do get floppy without an erection inside.

Some cock sleeves tie on or you could use a hollow strap on if you’re having trouble keeping it in place over the cage.
I think if the cage dimensions fit nicely inside the sleeve, without it being baggy, then it could work.
I tried a sleeve with my partner (from a couples kit) and he couldn’t get fully inside it. Because the head of it was hollow, it kept bending. We gave up on that pretty quick. Someone mentioned before (possibly you) about penetrating with the cage and the Mrs feeling the penis bumps through the cage

For what you’re trying to accomplish, you might also consider a strap-on harness and dildo so that you could give her what she’s asking for but you remain caged and unserved.

I used to do that when I was caged.
Problem with a cage and sleeve is that the cage points everything downwards so whilst you may fill the hollow void it would make things difficult.
It would be another vote for strap on and dildo from me as well. Rather than the straps we are currently using the strap on briefs when i am caged and likelike or dual density dildo.
I saw a video once where the guy had one of those flat chastity “cages” with a screwhole attachment point for a regular dildo, which basically replaced his penis and made it look like it was his. You could try that, if you can only find out where they sell them. It would really mess with your head, I think, having sex with this on, seeing yourself having that sex and liking as realistic s possible, but feeling nothing ofc because it’s not your equipment doing it.
