Here’s my review of the 2 Extra Inches extender that is our most-frequently used. We also have the Extra Girthy but she has to be in the very particular mood to take that one and I just used my VIP reward code to get the 3 Extra Inches - haven’t used it yet, but looking just out the box I don’t see how it will be an inch longer than the 2. Do you mean a sleeve or an extender? I have both. The sleeve is just that, it is a sleeve that goes over my cock and is open on both ends. It gives a little more girth but not much. What it really does is to cut down on the sensation, which makes me work a bit harder, and thus giving my wife an extra hard ride. I’m in the same ballpark as y’all - I think on average I’m 6.75 x 5.25. This is the newest one we’ve added to the collection and it’s now the favorite. The silicone has a lot of flex and give and is much easier to get on and off than the soft plastic ones. It seems to be tackier/stickier after cleaning and so coming out of storage always has dust and fuzz stuck to it so needs to be rewashed before use, but that’s my only complaint. It adds an extra inch via the head that is pleasantly soft/squishy and much more pleasant for my wife than others and has plenty of stretch room for girth - I don’t think 5.5 would be bad. Should be a great fit for you! I think it fits well enough that you probably don’t need to use the ball loop but probably would work anyway. Depending on day and arousal I’m 6.75-7.25 bone pressed length, but you don’t actually wear the sleeve over that whole length. And I’m 5-5.25 in girth and there’s plenty more stretch and give to this one. It’s easily wifey’s favorite of all the sleeves we’ve tried. The silicone is much softer and doesn’t dry up the lube as quickly as the other plastic ones.
