@user2128 wasn’t saying there is anything literally wrong with it, putting it in quotation marks is like saying something in air quotes - it’s about society’s perceptions of having a high sex drive, not that it is wrong. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with having a high sex drive, provided it’s not causing harm or distress to you or others 
And for what it’s worth I have a high sex drive too. Just a few days ago my hushand and I were talking about our favourite ways to unwind and he said he likes a few beers wirh friends, I said I was between sex and chocolate

The older I get (I’m 64) the hornier i get ( and kinkier) probably alot to do with early retirement, more time and less stress.

What i would give for less stress. I woke up in time for my alarm this morning and sated my need. I wound up forfeiting my workout so I could be on time for work but at least I’m a lot calmer for it

I have a much higher sex drive than my wife and I’m always more horny than she is. I’m similar to you as in the more fun we have the more I want and want to try different things. My horny level slightly drops right after fun but within a day or so I’m right back to being horny and the longer I go without fun the hornier I get.

Yep retirement will do it. It is nice to be able to have an afternoon of fun whatever the day of the week, no shark week either.

Wife and i have had the discussion a lot recently, good sex leads to more good sex, and wanting more good sex!
Always thought twenties, before kids etc was the time to have fun - but 40s promises to be the best yet so far

Take it as a blessing as our hormones tend to dip and dive throughout life so this could be one of your peak phases!
