Crotchless knickers with rear access?

Hello

I'm looking for some more crotchless type knickers, but I need ones that provide access to my rear area, for obvious reasons...

Can anyone recommend any others that are similar, as it's a bit difficult to see the extent of the openings on most product pages, obviously, so bits aren't on show!

When you say rear do you mean just the anal area or including the cheeks?
