There could be a few reason for this, once again in my very unprofessional opinion. It could be anatomical or it could be pelvic floor muscles or even prostate. I would see a doctor just in case, especially if he is having any urinary issues. If everything is good to go, get him exercising those pelvic floor muscles!

I do both. I find during sex with my partner i squirt and when i masturbate by hand i dribble. May have to do with the motion pre cumming as during sex i have more pelvic motion

There is a lot of variables to consider when it comes to cum I’m afraid. Diet, age, health and stress all have an effect on colour and “blast radius”. Generally the healthier you are and eat/drink the better quality spunk you will produce.

Also , I can dribble or shoot . It is not always a medical problem , at least for me it is the excitment level . Position can also be a factor . I will be first to admit my level of shooting seems to lesson for every decade I put on my clock . The more water I drink the more it “spurts” and the more intense the clean up. If I am dehydrated or have been working out it is thicker and more yellow in color. If she edges me, I can shoot about 2-3 feet…if I am in the shower solo it blurts out and then some additional pumps of 5 to 6 contractions with probably a teaspoon full for the first couple shots and then it dribbles out. Approximate volume would be about 3 tablespoons (never actually measured). I think my volume is usually the same, quite high, but varies in viscosity or thickness depending on the factors mentioned by others.

It’s usually all down to how hydrated you are and breaks between ejaculating, I find that if I’m being active, exercising regularly and drinking 2-3 litres of water a day I can shoot impressive distances however if I’ve been drinking alcohol over a weekend it will dribble
