There has been lots of talk around male cum on this forum - the taste, smell, texture, viscosity, quantity, distance of ejaculation, etc.
I have been experimenting and have entered week 2 of a fairly regimented application of some Super Fruit “enzymes” that are built to help you stay regular (bathroom routine), help digest red meats (which I love and am a avid BBQ and smoker of meat) increase energy and work as an anti-oxidant.
I am not convinced that this is the right “magic bullet” for increasing cum volume, taste, or smell, as the experiment would have to have more people involved and be a little more controlled rather than an addition to diet. However, here is what I have been doing:
- 2 caplets of a “Super Fruit” extract (see photo added in different string for ingredients). Obviously these aren’t built for the specific purpose I am intending them for but were the best thing I could find aside from dried pineapple powder (they only make it bulk and not capsule form so you’d have to fill your own caplets). There are a couple of ingredients that would actually counteract what I am trying to accomplish, however, I don’t feel that the quantity is enough to be counter-intuitive to what I am working to accomplish. As you will see from the photo, there are a lot of good things in there that likely have no choice but to “sweeten” things up a bit. Of note is the overall effect that these may be having on me as opposed to doing one or two things, it may be helping in other areas (read on)
(Of note is the side effects. I have a touchy stomach. These pills are made to be a digestive enzyme which helps neutralize issues with breaking down other foods. I tried to be a hero and take 4 tablets for the first few days and immediately ended up with a liquid stomach - too much and had to scale back the intake to regulate bathroom trips. However, if you have a problem with constipation, these are the pills for you! )

400 mg of magnesium - this I take daily for restless leg syndrome as I am a terrible sleeper and this seems to help the “jitters” I experience before bed. Whether a placebo or not, Magnesium is good for bone and muscle health and I find it makes a difference. I don’t feel it would dramatically affect cum performance. Regular Men’s daily vitamin - This is an over the counter “One a day” magic bullet that likely does very little to assist, but better than nothing on the vitamin front. As a fun side note, it turns my urine fluorescent yellow!

Water - I have stayed with my regular fluids intake but have upped the water intake dramatically. I now up up to about 4 liters of water per day over and above my regular intake of fluids. I have opted out of giving up alcohol or coffee simply because I don’t want to. I’m not getting paid to do this but I am sure if you took the dehydrating fluids out, then performance would go up. I also feel that in real life, you still need to be happy. I’m not a heavy drinker but do love a pint of beer or a glass of wine and probably consume the equivalent of about 6-8 drinks per week. Hard alcohol affects my sleep and I stay away from it so it is beer or wine - maybe a canned spritzer but usually no hard cocktails.
Results - This is something I am doing confidentially from Mrs. Val. I wanted to see if she subconsciously becomes more interested in the “end result” of sex due to the “show” at the end. (Who doesn’t want sex with a cream filled explosion of tasty cream at the end, right? Like a confetti cannon that you can eat) Mrs. Val is right in the middle of shark week and leading up to it, she isn’t interested in sex. I timed it so that our first encounter together is when she is the horniest so we will see how it goes. As far as my own observations, I do notice a volume increase (shower masturbation) as well as an overall distance in ejaculate expelled. Previously my cum was super thick and “heavy” but now seems to have a better viscosity to it. It shoots a little further without any extra build up or exit angle. The velocity seems the same as the muscles are performing as usual.
I am a non-smoker and don’t do any type of drugs. I also am 6’1 and about 230 lbs. so not obese but fairly fit and overall a pretty healthy guy with no diseases or health concerns that I know of. (I am the typical Dad-Bod yet athletic guy that could still crush a smart mouthed kid in an arm wrestle!)
Here is something I didn’t expect from this experiment that was a pleasant surprise - and if I have noticed, I think other have as well:
Focusing on myself, eating a little better, more vitamins, more water, etc. has changed my mood. I have a very high stress job so the day-to-day with life, kids, finances, volunteering, parents, work life balance can be overwhelming. I find that I am less irritable, less anxious about things, have a little less appetite and have dropped a couple of pounds in weight (I do not go to the gym but do play sports on a regular basis). I take a bit more time to snuggle Mrs. Val and I am not irritated as easily by stupid things that most of you simple brush off which I am unable to usually do. I am in the middle of negotiating a new job with a different company and feel that it is taking way too long to happen, so that is stressing me out, but I feel a sense of calmness that has been absent in the last 3-4 months.
Remember, I am a mid-40’s man married 24 years to the same woman who I love dearly and who is the mother of my kids. We don’t see eye to eye all the time but I never realized that my mood seemed to drive the mood in the home as well.
I have noticed that the kids are happier, I have more energy, less irritable, willing to let go of the shit I can’t change, and get more accomplished during the day. I am more alert and attentive and tend to get 15-20% more done during the day which takes away the anxiety of procrastination I was feeling before I started this. I feel a little bit of shame that I didn’t try this before, but this may be something I stick to as I enjoy this “me” better than a couple weeks back.
I’m not sure of the ultimate goal on smell/taste of cum but will go for a test drive tonight and see how it works. I have been trying to let my body absorb the nutrients and get in a habit of applying the changes before I go in for a sample taste/smell myself. Probably by the weekend, Mrs. Val will be bugging me for a good session and I plan to let her have all I have got.
Fingers crossed but the side effects are worth the experiment even if the goal has yet to be accomplished.
