If it was from someone i knew, than I’d know how to react.

Your gut will probably tell you how you feel about it, and over time your perception may change… which is also ok.
All that I will say is that if it’s from a stranger, or someone you don’t have that kind of relationship with in advance then (for me) it’s a little weird. I know of some women who are also into that though, so
