I have just recently using the Google fit, as I have noticed it has the cycle tracking on it. I have been monitoring my cycle, so it let’s me know which flow of tampax Pearl to use on those days anal.

Personally if I need a shit I have a shit. No need to track it or shove tampons up my arse.

It was not the fact on telling if I needed a shit, it told me what bleed I was going to have. I gave me pleasure to have them in anal.

No, it doesn’t.

It can advise people who menstruate which tampons to use vaginally on different days of their cycle… though most I know, who use tampons, don’t need an app to tell them which to use.

Please do not use tampons anally.

If we’re going with what Google tells us, I think this is more relevant:

Using menstrual tampons anally is medically unsafe because their design and composition are for vaginal use, not the rectum, and can lead to serious health issues like infection, inflammation, anal fissure, bowel impaction, and even a severe type of septic shock. Specific medical risks include tissue damage, pain, and the risk of toxic shock syndrome from bacteria or other substances absorbed by the tampon.

Damage to Rectal Tissue:
The absorbent material and the tampon itself can cause irritation, abrasions, or even erosion of the delicate rectal lining, leading to pain, bleeding, and ulcers.

Bowel Impaction:
If a tampon is used anally, the natural moisture of the rectum can cause the material to expand, potentially blocking the bowel and leading to severe constipation or impaction.

Bacterial Infection & TSS:
Tampons are not designed for the rectum, which contains different bacteria than the vagina. Inserting them can introduce harmful bacteria, increasing the risk of infection and, in rare cases, Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS), a severe illness caused by bacteria producing toxins.

Not to mention the risk of losing it to the murky depths. A&E are busy enough without dealing with this.
