First date with a guy who loves lingerie but I never wear it, tips?

As a guy, I’m here to say, most guys are going to love just about any lingerie that you choose. Take it for what it’s worth coming from a guy, but I would say, just choose anything that you like and that makes you feel sexy and confident. Confidence, in what is a very vulnerable situation like wearing lingerie, will show your date that you are a strong woman that knows how to show that she’s in control of what she is doing! Nothing more sexy to me than a woman with lots of confidence, both physically and emotionally!

For a date wear something that makes you feel good - I would choose a matching bra and knickers, more sexy than your normal underwear (this will make you feel more confident)
if you wear a skirt wear stockings if you can …

It might just be me, but I find mis-colour matched lingerie a turn off, so the first tip would be to ensure that it is matching. There are a number of beautiful sets on LH.
Lace or satin are popular choices of material, but beyond that it is what makes YOU feel good and confident.

Hi and good luck with your date, I hope everything goes well for you. Wear something that makes you feel good and confident. There are certainly many sets on the LH site. The important thing is that you feel happy wearing it. As a male if my date turned up wearing suspenders and matching underwear I would be over joyed. More important I would feel very priviledged to have seen they were matching on the first date. Me being old fashioned.

I love seeing the OH in lingerie, something matching that shows a lot but also leaves something to the imagination. That’s the beauty of lingerie for me, even though I’ve seen her naked tens of thousands of times when she wears something that just hides a little it holds that bit of extra excitement wanting to see what’s under there. But in the end regardless of what she’s wearing the fact that it’s something she’s doing for me to turn me on makes it special.

For me if lingerie doesn’t fit perfectly it can dampen my confidence in certain situations and outfits. I love lots of Love Honey lingerie but hate the fact so little is cup size specific. Because it’s generic sizing often it’s not 100% the right fit on the top.
You may feel better going into a store and trying a few pieces on, not just for sizing but for style. Think about what you’ll be wearing over it so the outfit sits nicely over the lingerie.
You need to feel a million dollars not awkward.

Something comfortable for a start - constantly pulling your knickers out of your rear end will annoy the hell out of you and give off a different vibe to the one you want!
Something that fits and flatters your figure - again adjusting straps or pulling clothing up will only distract you and affect your confidence.
Something matching looks better and should make you feel confident.
Personally I’d focus upon how you feel and if the chap is worth his salt and you decide that you even want to show him what you are wearing then he’ll be very lucky and should feel privileged to see whatever it is you have chosen to wear.

If you never wear it then you’re not going to be feeling 100% in it…
The best thing to wear is confidence like @user1340 says. So whatever works best for you.
If you feel you must wear it find something that you feel good in first and foremost.
A matching set so the colour matches up is nicer on the eye like @DLJL says. A pair of delicate drop earrings adds something to it and a pair of heels make you feel more “dressed” too if you’re feeling nervous.

Ideally wear what you feel comfortable in as confidence is what makes an outfit all the more enticing.
If you’ve got time before this date, maybe consider going to your local lingerie store to see if they offer fittings so you can be sized up and advised on what may best suit your body

My wife has an oversized men’s pajama top that she wears. I don’t know what it is but she looks so good in it.
