I've been reading about how to deepthroat and a lot of sites say to get used to it using a toy 1st, can any1 suggest a toy that I could try to do this with?

Hi. To be honest I didn't start with a toy!!! I started by getting into the gag reflex by using my toothbrush! I would slowly brush the back of my tounge until I gagged, stop and try it again the next day.... It slowly extends the length of time that I can go for until I gag (Get ready for wretching and gagging)....
After that I started simply using my OHs cock when he had a semi.... he doesn't push and Its all my control.... I can get it all in a few times before I gagged. I now am able to deep throat a few times before I start to gag. To me its down to the time of day etc... I know when I feel more gaggy and don't do it then.
Also a position to try when you're more confident is lying on your back, it straightens the windpipe meaning you can take more.
I was once told to squeeze my left thumb in my left palm but I am not sure if that really works!
I think pushing yourself to deep throat may not help... why do you feel like you should do it? As far as I can tell, most men are very happy with using your hand in front of your mouth. If you get him all slobbery and wrap your fingers around the shaft in front of your mouth, you can go in and out very energetically without worrying about gagging. If he pushes, then you've got your hand there to keep him from going too far back and making you gag. Some men may have a fixation on the IDEA of deep throating, but I am pretty sure that a wet hand, combined with an energetic tongue, going up and down on him feels at least as good. Probably better.
Firstly welcome Bondage Babe (love the name). If you want to deep throat in my view there is no point in using a toy as when your putting it in your mouth and throat you control the depth and at the point when you feel you want to gag you will always withdraw. In my experience practice on the real thing, learn to relax and get the angle of your throat right to his penis so that you take it all the way down. Love D x

Restraint for DT is good if you're worried about him getting a bit too jolly and out of control. If he is tied down you are totally in control. Works a treat!
