hi louise13,just practice it does take lots of that,i love to deepthroat but like ive said it is not easy to start with.you have to llearn to relax your throat.dont rush into it just enjoy and have fun.
My last partner told me it was easier if I was stood up.
Good tips on the web that's your best answer . But for us it's stick her tongue out and start slow . My oh is now very good at it and no more gagging .........
