Deliveries to Parcel Lockers?

Question for the Lovehoney team:

I was just curious to if you would ever introduce deliveries to parcel lockers? I live alone and I’m usually at work most of the time, so I can’t always be at home to pickup parcels when they arrive. Also truthfully, I’m not really comfortable with having it delivered to the shops because it feels awkward and a bit uncomfortable picking anything adult up from there. If you could please introduce deliveries to parcel lockers that would be very helpful.

I think that’s probably a question better asked to customer care than on the forum, which is mainly LH customers rather than staff :blush:

In my experience, the parcel is sufficiently discreet to tell that its an ‘adult’ parcel. So picking it up from a shop won’t be as bad as you think actually…

@shivsagar The shop will definitely know it’s from LH, and I think that is what @gl is feeling uneasy about.

I think this is a great suggestion. Coming from a LH customer that received a box to my home address, that almost disintegrated underneath. Thankfully, when I brought it inside it hadn’t spilled my items onto the outside porch :laughing:

I think discretion ideas for delivery and maybe even the packaging as well could be improved - say for instance my items had fallen out of the box - the inside boxes say exactly what the item is and I think a 6 inch vibrator box would certainly raise the neighbours eye brows :flushed_face:

So, if the external packaging is rain-damaged and wet in transit (likely to fall apart) - there are definitely some discreet packaging options LH could consider e.g. wrap the items in colourful tissue paper around the boxes.

The outside packaging, I do not recall there being much obvious LH branding on there - maybe the address might have the company name on it, but I think it was discreet e.g. LH holdings or something?

Oh, and I can only assume that most LH deliveries are high standard and packaged well. Think I just got unlucky with a very flimsy box that was falling apart. I haven’t had that issue arise any other times. But, it has made me a little anxious about future deliveries. :blush:
