hi! I’m making an order to arrive on a particular day as i still live with parents and this day is when im home alone so avoids awkward parcel questions. however ive noticed selecting a day, it’s up until 9pm that parcels can arrive. anyone whos ordered delivery for a specific day (within the uk) what time did your parcel arrive please? my parents arrive home at 5pm and id be holding my breath hoping it arrived before then, im not sure i could come up with an excuse for what it was if it arrived at 8pm haha. any help or responses appreciated!

I’m afraid I haven’t used the ‘deliver by a certain’ time option, but the parcels are really discreet. They look just like any other brown box from the internet.

I think delivery times are down to where you live, and what order you are on the parcel route? When I order regular 48hr Royal Mail it turns up pretty much the same time every time (along with anything else from everywhere else too).
But you can always contact Customer Care if you’re still worried.

thanks! ive ordered before so im not concerned about packaging, but my parents would ask whats inside and are very nosey haha, especially if it arrived late on. parcels previously arrived early on i believe so i will probably just order and risk it but im just looking for some reassurance i guess hahah
I’ve just had a look, and they use Royal Mail Special Delivery for the ‘name a day’ service. So it should just turn up like any other regular parcel you have delivered.
I’m still pushing for a Lovehoney Replicator so I can have all my stuff materialise on command.
