šŸ“¦ Delivery Update

You’re probably best asking Customer Services.

I have had my orders delivered by Evri, Royal Mail and amazon. My last but one order was ordered at 9.30 am Wednesday morning and didn’t arrive until dinner time the following Tuesday :astonished:, this was delivered by Royal Mail. No rush :joy:

Ordered an item 9 days ago for delivery to Ireland. It was sent using evri as the courier.
The item is currently in heathrow 9 days later.
Never again.

How long did it take in the end? Currently have the same problem.

I have issues with both too. Evri leave parcels in plain sure even though we have a door sticker saying not to. We used to have a lovely evri driver with common sense but we have a different one now and he’s awful.

I’ve recently had issues with royal mail as well . They were saying they attempted delivery three times when they hadn’t. When they eventually delivered they came up with a variety of excuses such as a puncture on the van. So don’t mark it delivered then!

Our Evri driver just chuck parcels over our gate, doesn’t even knock. This goes for everyone on our road. Whatsapp street chat is full of complaints.

It took 10 days to get to Ireland, was prompty delivered the next day with an post

Thank you. My package has been sitting in Heathrow for a week now. Given it’s Christmas I don’t think I’ll be getting it this week either. My first experience with Evri and I’ll be doing everything I can to avoid them from now on.

Evri have let me down, my parcel has been ā€˜delayed’ with no further information given, no expected date of delivery! When will Lovehoney realise getting such courier companies involved with their deliveries will come back and bite them. Customer Services have tried to help but what can they do? Evri are hopeless. I’d rather have Royal Mail option but without have to pay Ā£7.99 for the privilege.

I have been very lucky with Royal Mail so far and I like the continuous updates. Only thing I would say is from dispatch to delivery it takes a full week, even with premium it still is slow to arrive, so I just selected standard delivery now.

Wasn’t sure were to post so putting under this title.

All my deliveries have came in a discreet brown box :package: you know the drill! My latest purchase arrived in a plastic type envelope, I can’t lie, I was a bit shocked, is this a new thing for underwear?

It somehow didn’t feel as secure as I’ve been used too :face_with_diagonal_mouth:

I think I’ve been lucky to have never had any issues with Evri or any other postal/courier service.

Was the bag a grey rectangular bag? We’ve had these for a long time, but they aren’t used as often, more commonly used for pairs of knickers (if I remember correctly)

Yes grey colour, I’d ordered a body, so slightly bigger. Just threw me as I’ve had a box with paper insert for a tiny lube for example. Thought maybe this was a new thing introduced.
