Hi, has anyone had a problem with this toy not changing?
I have contacted LH and received an email that I have replied to, I’m still waiting for a response.
Seems a very slow process
What type of charger - it it the magnetic connector or the long jack that you push in …
I prefer the magnetic type as the jack type can be problematic where it’s not connected well
It’s a plug in one, think that could be the issue. Have know got a replacement in the post!!
The push in type are very thin and I have damaged a lot in the past - so change the charger lead
