I would not recommend DIY modifications. You’d need to make sure whatever you used was 100% sterile, non permeable and couldn’t become dislodged from the dildo during use. You do not want to be losing anything to the depths and needing a trip to A&E!
You could use a cock sleeve but only ones with a ball attachment to secure a safe anchor to… but if you did that you might as well just buy a bigger dildo to extend yourself and your collection instead.

All attachments, such as maybe some tape, would be covered in a condom and tied around the end of the flared base!
In that case, maybe vet wrap? It’s smoother, softer and more secure than tape but you’d better be very certain the condom won’t split!
…I’d still recommend a budget larger dildo instead.

Can I suggest just getting a penis extender… then you can take it off to revert back to the original dildo size.
