So we have just started adding ball play to our us time. Wife gently has been sucking my balls during oral which is awesome. She also licked and sucked that little spot between my ball sack and anus OMG 
any other tips for play in that area

Generally anything that adds pressure I think is great. A wand is great for that!

My husband often wears a ball sling or a ball stretcher .pushes his balls out and the sling also does the same but separates his balls .would highly recommend using one of those as he says it gives a slight stretching feeling and also helps him stay rock hard .mainly I think it makes that area great to look at even more and would also give your wife even easier access to you.he swears by them so might be worth you giving it a try
