Just finished another really nice solo session, this time with dildo in ‘gina.My favourite technique with a dildo is to suck it and deep throat it, and then dunk it in the vag. Suck and dunk, suck and dunk, suck and dunk until I come. I find my saliva works really well as a lubricant, and I get to taste my salty self as well!
Was wondering if anybody else uses this technique, it sure helps cut down on my lubricant bill as I’m using it rather a lot lately!!

Other than for anal fun where I would use a tube of lube, I tend to use natural lubricants
If I am going solo I will use saliva sometimes, mixed with pre-cum it works ok. And I don’t need to go fishing around in the nightstand drawer to find the lube.
Most times, the only time I don’t is if I’ve been eating something sweet beforehand. It’s not worth the potential yeast infection.
I may be alone but didn’t we all start off using saliva?

We still use saliva, whether its Pen and I or Mr W and I, especially when we don’t want to spoil the moment by looking for a bottle … its also fantastic foreplay when I am wearing a strap-on and Mr W or Pen prepares it for penetration… oooooooo… xxx

Hmm didn’t know sugar triggered yeast infections? I don’t have much trouble with that sort of thing luckily because I’m not having person to person sex, if I did have any sort of health drama going on down there it’d be lube instead,

And yeah, I totally agree it does work a lot better than the manufactured stuff, it quite amazes me. I also find it works really well with the bigger dildos that are harder to get in, the last time I tried it with my big one I got TMJ jaw lock sucking before the dunk as hes a biggie 
Sugar doesn’t trigger yeast infections directly but it provides food for the candida fungus which can spread under the right conditions, aka a yeast infection. You also don’t need to be having person to person sex to get a yeast infection. Whilst it’s not a “typical” STD. the warmth and moisture from sex can contribute to the right conditions for a yeast infection. They don’t mean your dirty and they’re very common and easily treatable (you can get Canesduo from a superstore!), the the itching, burning pain and smell aren’t fun.
Also, make sure your lube is glycerin-free as that can put you at risk too. I wrote a post about lube and glycerin here, if you’re interested, from someone who used to get recurrent infections because of her choice lube
