Hopefully you are right, I think it will be someone who loves me for me, despite their likely preference for bigger than micro balls. I guess part of the preference for at least non tiny balls is at an instinctual or perhaps subconscious level, as well those who have a preference at a conscious level!
Everyone is entitled to have a preference of what they personally prefer/like of course, and not everyone will have characteristics that match those preferences.
Sorry, that’s a very different aspect to “my balls are small”. I understand how fertility could be a worry.
Beside the fertility issue, do they cause you any other problems beside the physical size?
For what it’s worth and your concern with regards to your balls not hitting your partners’ clit when having sex… my wife mentioned feeling them, she only comes with clit stimulation, my balls have never made her orgasm.
I think she finds the ball slapping more amusing that pleasuring, and wouldn’t miss it if it wasn’t there.
What she would miss would be my hand playing with her clit or her favourite bullet to make her come.
I appreciate the fertility concern, but would also like to point out that men with average or large balls can be infertile too.
Unless (and even if!) you have other medical issues caused by the size of your testicles, i would suggest just accepting yourself for who you are. We aren’t perfect, i certainly am not, but can only play the cards I’ve been dealt.
I hope that doesn’t sound patronising, its not how I intend it, but realise it could be interpreted that way.

Mine will hang when drained but the skin tightens up when even slightly aroused which feels much nicer to me and makes them much more sensitive to stimulation such as with a vibrator. I prefer that neat look; the only downside for me is when lying on my back they’ll sometimes retract so I’ve started experimenting with silicone rings to keep them in play.

Yes, causes very low testosterone, 2.96 nmol/L in my case (lower normal range is apparently 8.64 nmol/L). Though NHS seems reluctant to provide treatment for it though.
Update had another examination (privately NHS still not interested), left testicle is down to 9ml and right has increased to 15ml but still micro 
And bloods taken.

What is the impact on your life beside self esteem?
For me the main ones are:
- Reduced sex drive.
- Reduced erectile function.
- Loss of lean muscle mass.
- Feeling very tired all the time (fatigue)
- Obesity (being overweight)
- Symptoms of depression.
There are some others, and doctor is looking at fertility angle as well.

But still a thread for people to share any preferences that they have when it comes to their partner’s balls. If you prefer big balls, feel free to say that!
That’s a lot on your plate.
@rockstar did mention suffering from a drop in testosterone and being prescribed some drugs to manage that. Perhaps his experience here would be valuable on that front.

That’s very odd.
As soon as I was diagnosed with a low testosterone level my doctor put me straight on to a hormone replacement gel (Testogel) and Sildanafil until the testosterone kicked back in. Both on the NHS.
Now my testosterone is back in the normal range and I rarely use the Sildanafil.

Do you have any of these symptoms? If you do then I don’t know why your doctor won’t prescribe testosterone for you? Unless you are on other meds that mean that testosterone isn’t suitable for you, but that doesn’t seem likely since you would just be increasing it to a normal level. If you don’t have any symptoms then they probably won’t see the need to give you any, there’s no point trying to fix something that isn’t broken.
Personally I don’t really care about the size of someone’s balls. If I had to express a preference, it would probably be for small ones but there are far more important things than the size of a person’s balls (or penis, boobs etc …)!
Don’t worry about it from an aesthetic point of view - there are plenty of potential partners who will love your small balls, and plenty more who really won’t care. I would only be concerned from a medical point of view if the testosterone levels are causing you problems and that should be discussed with your GP.

I don’t really have much of a preference just like them shaved as I don’t like flossing my teeth with em! Otherwise any size is fine with me!

You are lucky, in community with other folk with Low T and the NHS seems very reluctant to help. First was shortly before Covid, and then only reached a consultant’s desk during Covid. But no joy since.
My GP prescribed the hormone replacement gel directly. No consultant involved.

Based on my experience and other guys with Low T in the UK, you are lucky, that is sadly far from normal. My GP was strongly against TRT, he was saying for the few that are on it (possibly from before he was at the surgery), it doesn’t work.
Not in the slightest. Sometimes the feel of balls slapping on your clit is nice but it’s definitely not something I expect or even yearn for.
My personal experience is that he is absolutely wrong. I am checked every 6 months and my testosterone level is constantly in the middle or jyst sbove the middle of the normal range.
First the main question first , my wife does not have balls . I would guess my balls are small to medium . I am old and when it is warm and I am nude my sack can hang down quite a ways ( nature’s way of maintaining fertility ) that will not help in my case because I had a vasectomy about 35 years ago .
