OH has expressed an interest in having sex in a public place. For me it is taking a little bit of convincing, oddly I would be more than happy to go to a sex party or swingers club but the thought of a random person just watching us is a little off putting for me. I know it is a strange line to draw given if we were at a swinger’s club there could also be people watching us as well, but that doesn’t put me off that much no idea why but that’s how my brain works I guess.
For me and OH at the moment dogging is in the maybe pile.

In my head it seems seedier than a club, partly because I found myself parked in the wrong place once and had an old guy in shorty shorts, vest top and cowboy boots come knocking at my window 
I can understand how you feel. At a sex club you are with like minded people in a controlled environment. In an ad hoc parking space have img sex in front of anyone who could be watching, even a complete psycho. This would creep me out too.

I think that is what it is. I’m not massively confident in my body (I’m on the larger side.) I feel at a club I wouldn’t be judged as much then just some random member of the public.

I know but in person I’m very shy. Confidence is still very much something I’m working on, and right now it doesn’t take much to knock it. So for now dogging remains on the maybe later list.

The idea of it sounds sexy and hot but the reality tends to be very disappointing. I know a few friends of mine have tried it end ended up going to dogging spots only to find there’s no one there or there’s only really old men hoping to grab a young guy in the bush

That’s a thought.
I think it is when you have sex in semi-public places like a parked car and you want people to watch. I’m in Canada and we don’t really have a term for it. It’s not really a thing here…

Hi @lukefitz , I see you asked the exact same question a few weeks ago so this topic will probably be merged with that one. I think “Dogging” is a fairly UKcentric term so you might get more responses when the UK wakes up but if you do a seach for the term there have been quite a few topics.
It’s not for me. If I wanted to be watched/watch, even if not joining in with others, I’d much rather go to an established swingers club than a car park.

We tried it once and it felt seedy. My husband wasn’t impressed having to clean their cum off the car either. 
Dogging? Nah, I prefer Foxing.

Not for me, I agree sounds very seedy. If i wanted to be watched I would go to a club I think.
