I want to try dogging but don’t know how. How to know who else is dogging, how to know when to go upto some one else who might be dogging? Any tips/ suggestions are very welcome. I’m a solo female

I’ve always found that going to a nice scenic and secluded area is best, especially late at night. That way you’ve got a lovely view and you’re not likely to be stumbled upon, I’ve found that the beach works quite well in winter (if you’re local to a beach), open fields are great and so is wooded areas. Just be mindful about where you do it, although the thrill of getting caught is sexy not everyone wants to stumble upon some late night promiscuous activities 
As a couple we fancy the idea ourselves, we often use the fantasy of being watched by another couple during our sexy play.
Unfortunately I think it’s not what it seems, from other threads on this forum, it seems it only attracts the wrong type of person and often ends in disappointment.
I’d advise against doing this on your own, as you say you’re a solo female. Perhaps adult sex clubs would be better? Even then I’d go with a partner. Enjoy the fantasy though

I thought dogging was engaging sexually in a public place? 
There needs to be some form of exhibitionism/voyeurism for it to be dogging.
Basically it’s watching others or being watched doing naughty stuff in a public/semi-public place.

On the actual advice side… I agree with @Mercyun , I think you’d probably be better off trying out a swingers sex club, even if you’re just into the voyeurism with others rather than actively wanting sex with others. It is a much, much safer environment than dogging for a solo female.

Dogging I suppose I have done it in the past without thinking about it, I think sex in my car while our mates were next to us in their car counts, and another time when we were both giving each other handjobs while her mate was also in the back of the car.
