I must admit, that I'm also curious about these. It's rare to find cuffs like that for suspension, and the extra long leather would be handy when compared to using standard cuffs with extra chain.

I've never tried nipple clamps. My nipples are so unsensitive after breast feeding two kids. I doubt the would do anything for me
