My advice try the numbing mint spray. And as he's coming position it at the back of the tounge so it goes straight to the back of the throat avoiding most of the taste buds and swallow quickly. Diet does count. I almost never used to go down on my partners, until my husband took away some traumas I had. And when I first let him come in my mouth, I discovered he did not have such a bad taste. Yes hubby is diabetic and on meds and i believe its those that have made the difference, we have tried the pineapple and various other things and they have no effect.
