Double penetration doesn't have to be a woman with two men. It can be a women with one man, yet having the man in one hole and an object in the other. We do this quite often, so in that regard, it's a real thing.
I'm not too sure what sort of weird position you would have to be in to get two men inside you, but I presume it's possible since you've seen it in porn, and maybe some people do it. I don't know!
Usually a flat sandwich Mrs. Man, woman, man.
But this requires agreement for that MMF event. More usually as you described with one guy and a toy, but also quite often in my experience with two toys and/or hands.

I like DP with a man and toy and with 2 toys. It is a fantasy of mine to DP with 2 men but I think that is best left as a fantasy, that way it stays perfect :)
Oh, I didn't think of DP in this way. Chuffed now I can say me & my OH have had DP.
