All I can tell you is that I had the same experience. I dont think you are doing anything wrong I just think the cup doesnt have enough room in it for more than a few pumps. When it is full, its full and there is nowhere else you can go with it.
If you are not happy with the product you can return it or you could speak to one of the lovely girls at Live Help (They are lovely) and ask for advise etc. Sorry I cant help you further
Doc Johnson also do an extra large pump, alternatively you could try a cylinder style penis pump; if you search around on a few porn sites for 'pussy pump' you should come across girls using penis pumps.
