ED Troubleshooting Guide

Hey all, please tell how to have a strong erection when having sex with a girl?

Welcome

If you can’t get a strong erection, ‘when with a babe’, you have most likely had erectile disfunction. I advise you to see a doctor.

@MikeStwart Welcome to the forum.

If you want to maintain a strong erection use a cock ring.

Hi and welcome to the forum. I agree with others about ED and would recommend seeing a doctor. I do not know your age but suggest seeing a doctor ED can be a symptom of other health issues so see a GP so that everything can be eliminated and a solution found. Good luck

Wondered if a special position (doggy, missionary, etc) can also be helpful?

I saw a doctor about this once and he said that ED is 90% psychological and that after it happens once you start to fear it and then it can become a problem. The other 10% can be medication such as beta blockers etc. I worked nights which used to make me fatigued when switching over to days and this also made it worse. It’s important that you make sure you’re not stressed and that you’re generally happy.

When my gf and I are having sex, I like something in my ass. Which works best and stays in place, a dildo or an anal plug?

A selection of different sized cock rings would help, try rubber ones though to find out what sizes work, lovehoney has a great selection

Hey dude welcome to the forum!
Maybe consider rewording ‘babes’ to something else like girls or ladies as not sure if it’s just me but it sounds funky when reading it :see_no_evil:

With your erectile troubles have you considered seeing if viagra helps with things? Maybe consult your doctor to get their opinion on it but also even a penis pump might be a fun thing to explore too and try some men’s health vitamins to help boost things.

Most welcome dude and if need any more help feel free to post

@AJSTAR , I’m not sure he needs to rephrase the title, as this gives us an insight to his relationship status and how we can best help.

@MikeStwart , I’ll take a punt here and you’re not a doting grandfather, happy married to your childhood sweetheart. You haven’t given us much information here to go from, so here are a number of queries I see as like indicators as to you best help. (note: the title had been changed)

Do you live a healthy lifestyle.
Are you under the influence when with your Babes.
Would you prefer to be with Boyz (yes a little satire, but a question never less).
Do you have a fantasy or fetish not being fulfilled.
Are you in a relationship.
Have you spoken to those you are with about this.

But the best advice is to head to your GP for a physical to rule out any medical causes, most likely the quick fix is to get script for Viagra.

If really want an answer I would also suggest seeing a counsellor. Wishing all the best on finding true happiness.

G’day

If there is no medical problem, you could consider Kegels exercises. Pelvic floor therapist Michelle Kenway has a YouTube video that provides a Kegels exercises beginners guide for men. She also has a YouTube real time coaching video with on-screen stop watches that help you time the exercises. Kegels trains twitch muscle fibers in the pelvic floor. The slow twitch fibers are endurance fibers (for erections), and they work for extended periods of time. Fast twitch fibers are for fast, strong contractions (for ejaculation). For the exercises, Michelle Kenway describes the technique as simultaneously (1 retracting the penis inwards as if a turtle is drawing its head in, (2 tightening and lifting around the anus opening, and (3 thinking about passing urine. The slow twitch fiber exercise is done 10 times for 10 seconds each, and the fast twitch fiber exercise is done 10 times for 1 second each. Both of these 10 times sequences should be done at least 3 times a day and for at least 3 days of the week.

@Pavlova ED can also be the first signs of a possible heart attack so its always worth getting checked out. I’m not a doctor but have been there and thinking back the ED was effecting me for a number of months before my first heart attack.

That’s interesting because I had a heart attack just over a year ago and I’m only 48.

The current title there is now reads much better than what the original one was I think as makes more sense to help with
