Electro Sex

Hey,

Looking at purchasing some electro toys! been looking at these for ages now and decided to go all in!

Looking at this beauty: http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=13006 and also the Violet wand.

I want to make sure I pick the right parts, as I wanna buy once (Especially with the price)

Not sure if to get these or the other type? :http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=25297

Then, Id like an anal plug. I want something a little filling. I'm stuck between: http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=25313 (which looks small) and http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=7751 which looks a little smaller. I think the first one would sit better and have better contact though I could be wrong.

Could anybody please share there thoughts?

Thanks!

I also like the looks of http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=25301 which I guess could be fun up the bum!

cant profess to be an expert as we're new to e/stim, but worth spending a while sauntering through the smartstim forums.....

on there there's all sorts of threads/sub forums with most forms of e device catered for......is e play new to you or are you upgrading?

i decided to go the cheapy route to start with to see if JJ (Mrs H) would be into it.......so we have 2 mid range TENS units and a few trodes that are actually all homemade - again i figured if we got on with it perhaps there was a justification for splashing out on expensive trodes. Subsequent research shows that a huge number of folks spend the money on the unit as opposed to the trodes - a high proportion making their own ( simple ).

If you are into hi-fi - think of the analogy of spending the major part on picking up the signal ( in teh old days a top end deck ) with less on subsequent components. Same theory seems to apply in estim. If our own experimentation continues to go well then my choice would be the erostek 312 as the main device......but they're at the higher end of the scale.

In regard to some of the trodes that are offered as a sex accessory - many actually have a medical background: pelvic floor/incontinence etc.....not to say those you mentioned are exactly the same ( you decide) but as medical accessories they are about a 1/2 the price....from memory try a search on anuform, winhealth - you'll see what i mean.

can't comment on the main unit listed....might find info onsmartstim, or register there and ask....

oh conductive rubber available via the bay for a few quid to make cock ring etc etc....again peanuts in relation to off the shelf.

hope some of that may help.

have this http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=25313 and it is really small but very powerful. i dont use it anally so cant comment on that but i tend to find this is better for sensation for me than the wave dildo for some strange reason.

Sweet - the difference between the feelings you get from the plug and the wave might well be the conductive area ( cant tell from the description/pics for the wave)....the smaller the conductive area the less the power needed. Big surfaces from what i can gather ideally need a high power device to drive them, but then still need a decent distance between the 2 conductive surfaces to allow the sensations to flow/diffuse in the nerve endings/tissue. For your info......i also gather that whilst everyone is different, the majority of ladies prefer the sensation from a north/south orientation of those conductive surfaces......( but you may have your own views on that!!)

i have the smaller single channel electrastim box but next time i use the wave dildo i shall try it with my chemists TENS machine - thanks for the info heatseaker!

and personally i havent found much difference with the plug as there's really only one direction due to the t bar.

Sweet - the comment about orinetation was more toward the wave, although i cant see if all of it is supposed to be conductive ( aside from the ribbed part).....this will prob sound awful/weird, but you can try to adjust the sensation from the wave ( or any insertable) by masking off part of teh area that makes contact, the smaller the area the higher the 'stim', and the distance between 2 cond areas ( like on the plug ) ideally wants to be atleast 1/2 inch. If you're into e\xperimenting.......what you could try is very simple.......

make a clit trode or try a gel pad with just 1 half of the plug connected.......(whichever is the smaller will get the most stim). Obviously with the plug you'd be looking to have the 'north' side connected ( or just turn teh plug around if its not easy to tell which wire does which side ), that way the upper portion of your V will get stim, along with your clit. For a very simple c-trode, as a 1st try ( bit of fun ) get some conductive rubber tube, there's a seller on teh bay that is a stimmer, if you have a TENS unit, then get teh one that accepts 2mm plug. all you do is plug in 1 wire from teh TENS into the c/rubber tube and that forms 1 side of teh circuit. To make the C-Trode - umpteen ways, but this type of shape will work, but how it fits is down to your err shape down there...... http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=2369 . That shape shortened covered with CRubber will work well......and combined with 'half teh plug' should give somewhat different sensations......

shout if that makes no sense!

i have the clitoral halo as well as the plug so i can do clit stim pretty easily.

i will probably look into conductive rubber tubing as a cheaper way of getting a cock loop if i do get a boyf whos into it.

i'll have a play around with it all next time i use the dildo and the plug with the units i have and things.

sure Sweet - what i was trying to suggest, was possibly trying a configuration where the stim is focused between clit/V....by using/making 2 trodes that work on the same circuit - ie/ red for C black for V - the stim feeling should be totally different to having each area seperately stimmed.....if that makes sense. But yes the CR is a ridiculously cheap way of making a Cock Ring!

ok so you said a pad or to make something out of tubing. it wont be as accurate but i do have tens pads so i could try with those as well as the plug while i save up and figure out how to use tubing?

yes that should work.......obviously a pad cant be put as tight to the C as a specific trode, but it should give you an idea.....so yes, a tens pad on 1 wire, the other to just 1 wire of the plug. The CRubber is cheap as chips....i think i paid £7-8 tops for a lenth that was big enough to make 2-3 C trodes and still have some left over......aside from that you just need a bit of electrical/insulation tape to 'make the ends off'.......

But yes meantime worth trying the tens pad.......

Think I'll go for that sensavox for now. Just need to decide on the anal plug side. Hmmmm.
