I am interested to hear how you have maintained your sexual desire during the menopause? My wife is now through the menopause but like you has been dead against HRT due to health issues and the fear of breast cancer due to family. She has totally been off sex now for a very long time.
Its been difficult i have uded a variety of supplements my libido goes from high to non existing.
@AWB1955 I did a ton of research on this before she started. She has been on it for about 3 years now, it started to grow about 1.5 to 2 years into this journey. She is on the bio identical hormone replacement that are made to be chemically and biologically the same as the naturally occurring hormones; estradiol, progesterone and testosterone. BHRT is a plant based, yam extract, unlike traditional HRT which takes extracts from pregnant horses urine. No doubt it’s the T that is increasing the clit size. the only negative thing we’ve noticed is that she now waxes her upper lip a few times per year. The good far outweighs the clit & upper lip changes. She feels better, sleeps better, sees faster results from gym workouts, the quality and quantity of her wetness produced, easier for her to orgasm, her desires are way up as well. It has quite literally been a fountain of youth for her.
you can google BHRT vs HRT, there is a ton of research out there online. The doctor we use has a few books available from the company that makes the product. I know, I know it sounds iffy and I was skectical at first until we saw the benefits first hand.
