Yes, as others have mentioned, a clit can definitely get bigger. Its erectile tissue, just on a smaller scale.
I was born female, but intersex. My clit is naturally large, and I’ve used testosterone cream to make it a bit larger. When I’m not aroused, its maybe 1.5 inches long and soft. When I get turned on, its 2 inches, and instead of hanging down it pokes outward. Its thicker, noticeably hard, and has a very well-defined head.
