Not books, but I've found some great (and some not so great, admittedly) reads on the Literotica web site. Lots of things for all types of fetish there, and plenty of non-fetish romance, first time and everything else.
As with everything, you just have to search for what you like.
All free, too - and no nasty popups etc.
