Estim single/dual channel?

I’m sure this must be somewhere but I’ve done a search and can’t anything. I have some electro toys but they are mostly self contained - they don’t need an external power unit - if you see what I mean. I do also have a power unit but haven’t used it much.

Can someone explainnin basic terms how single and dual channel units work, how are they different and how do get the best from them? I would probably mostly attach toys so I don’t even know if it make a diffenr if you use a single or dual channel power pack and if you can use either or is it like a toy is either compatible with one or the other and you shouldn’t use the wrong one.

I do also want to experiment with the electrode of course so any recommendations there would be great. Haven’t played with electro stim for a long time

Single channel units control one toy, dual channel can plug into two toys simultaneously and control both. Pretty sure that’s the only difference (though I don’t own a dual unit). Toys are compatible with both. Some toys need a stronger power output than others but that has nothing to do with if they’re single or dual channels.

Thank you that’s very useful to know.

So if I understand it correctly of you plugged a dildo and a butt plug into a dual channel unit you would get a circuit between the two

Im pretty sure you would get 2 independent circuit with 2 channels.

I havent looked at it (link?), but in electronics, channels are usually independent of one another. Depending on the controlling unit, applying different patterns/settings could be possible.

Is it that unit?

It looks to have 2 fully independent channels, but common controls. Without reading the instructions, its difficult to know if separate patterns could be assigned to each channel separately, same for the boost.

Each estim toy needs 2 connections. A single channel power pack has just two connections and can control 1 toy. A dual channel power supply has four connections and can control two independent toys. There will be no electrical link between the two toys.

No, as @JustAnotherPervert says, it’s two separate channels. Conecting a current between two separately positioned toys could be very dangerous.

ETA Same time posting but @rockstar explains it better!

Thanks for that @Serpentwand .i dont have the box any more but think its time to have a look at the packages on LH and indulge in one :blush:

I have a couple of Electrastim insertable anal toys and they are very effective.

They don’t produce the ‘tingle’ you would expect. They make the pelvic floor muscles clench which pulls the toy in and out with no effort from the wearer.
