I want to invite you to do a simple experiment and then come here and share what did you feel:
Have an orgasm while your feet soles are together.

Explanation:
I’m reading “Sexual Secrets: The Alchemy of Ecstasy” by Nik Douglas and Penelope Slinger.
Even if you are not a spiritual person (I’m not) the book explains a lot of knowledge about sexuality from different cultures. At some point, it recommends some yoga positions for sex, some of them very difficult, but this one, very simple, caught my eye. The book talks about how differently the energy flows in the body when the soles of the feet are touching. I was skeptical but tried it while masturbating, and yes I can confirm that at least for me I felt something completely different that I can only describe as “some kind of electricity going from my feet to my groin and back”. I kept experimenting during oral sex with my partner and was able to replicate the results

I don’t know why this happens but I can say it is a trick that deserves to be mentioned and explored.

I have sort of noticed this effect before, but can’t remember whether my feet were fully pressed together or just touching. So I will definitely experiment and report back!

It sounds like an interesting book. Would you recommend it? I have read books like this before, and if you don’t necessarily believe in the spiritual (ie magical/supernatural) aspect, it can be disappointing.

@2xtourists I recommend it. I’m reading it from the point of view that the spiritual part it has can be understood just as a different, poetic even metaphorical, way to describe the world. You don’t need to subscribe to that part to get something from it.

@JustSomeFun both. I mastered it solo as was easier to explore a position to be comfortable. With my partner is harder to find a comfortable position (because there is her body between my legs) but I was able to feel it both seated and laying while passing my legs behind hers

I haven’t tried it nor had I thought of it to be honest. If anyone else is interested you can download or read the book cited, “Sexual Secrets,”
