thanks for that, we are still looking for a way to make my wifes pussy dramatically bigger permanantly. I think it has made her a bit bigger, also when looking on the net for advice I have read that if you pump every night it will give a more permanant result. I tried to talk her into this but got the "think yourself lucky I do what I do"

If you are gonna do it we found to get a good result she will have to be bold or shaved, my wife plucks, she finds that give a better seal, also a bit of KY around the rim of the cup helps the seal and her pussy to expand into the cup, pump to whats comfortable, after 15mins release the pressure completely, as her pussy will be getting bigger, remove the cup and rest for 2-3mins, then put the cup back on and repeat for as long as you feel comfortable, my wife pump for upto 3 hrs to get her best results.

The problem with cylinder is that the round shape is not fitting correctly. Oval shape is better as the pressure applies in a larger area.

It can take a few days for the body to absorb the saline. You need to do some serious research before attempting.

We've done bit more research too and the saline option seems like a lot of work for a temporary effect.
It seems there are a few clinics that do labia enlargements and the result is permanent so we are going to look into it - very exciting!
