FAO LH - OH Points

Morning,

I was just explaining how the LH points work and to double check my calculations I noticed something.

I was checking the price of http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=22814

It costs 4000 LH points, but currently is £10.00 with an RRP of £19.99.

The LH Points do not get updated to reflect the current cost of the item. Is this something that could be fixed and become automatic, I don't expect it for DOD and bits like that, but some items seem to be reduced and not in a deal.

I checked a couple more and it's the same thing.

I think it's a temporary sale and not a permanent price drop, that's why.We should be happy that hey give us the opportunity to shop with points at all.

I am happy that they give us this opportunity.

At no point was I saying otherwise. I was just querying whether they could be made to be reflective of a price drop where it is not due to a flash sale.

Thank you though, I note that one is in a sale.

I'd actually quite like to know why this happens, too - I've noticed that when an item's being discontinued and the price has been reduced, the oh points price stays the same as it was before.

the lovehoney points prices are all based on the rrp of a toy , not the sale or special offer prices

Love honey do so many specail offers and discounts it would be almost impossible to keep track , and god forbid you returned a toy after the prices have change it would be a nightmare

Exactly.

If you like something in the sale, pay for it yourself rather than using oh! points. Simple :)

Makes perfect sense! Cheers

It seems everyone else has answered your question... Is there anything else we can help with?

No nothing else, thank you Jess :)

No problemo! :)
