I wouldn't worry it's always faster where you are doing it yourself. Like you if I really want to I can make myself cum within a couple of minutes depending on various circumstances.
However, it shouldn't affect you in bed and if you want my advice, never take your first "performance" to heart because you are going to be so nervous etc it will probably make you cum quicker. But don't worry it does her better the more you practice.

Just remember, the average intercourse time can be as low as two minutes! This is in line with my own experiences, however I rarely have intercourse so my sensitivity to a vagina is UP and the missus prefers "no messing around" - i.e. once I'm in it's straight to fast pumping... not a good combo for lasting very long

There is nothing wrong with you at all! The average for a man is between 2 and 5 minutes and manyyyyy men could make themselves cum in under a minute if they so desired. You are totally normal in that regard.

Condoms should never feel uncomfortable or tight, just check tutorials on line that you're putting it on right, there's a knack to it, you should roll it on, then up to your glans then down again, makes it loser and gives you room to keep growing, it's something you should get used to as you should always use a condom for sex, and there's nothing worse for a girl than when a guy can't use one properly. Don't be shy, everyone's been through similar things, I only lost my virginity a year ago, wish I'd have been here first for advice! Lol
Yeah, condoms come in all different sizes and "fits" so you should experiment a little, to find a brand and a size that works well for you. One that fits comfortably. If you experiment with this (and putting them on) it will save a lot of fiddling around or discomfort etc, when the time comes with a woman.
