You know, there’s an amazing invention called antibac soap, which works fantastically in combination with water. As long as it’s cleaned, the toy should certainly not be getting “gross and smelly”.
If you use vibrators, do these wear condoms too? Serious question here, as the lube on some condoms will damage silicone toys.
As to the question, can I ask why you want it to be faster? If it’s a case of a sore arm a toy is not going to help as it just makes everything heavier. I’m a massive giver in general but I don’t think I’d feel entirely satisfied in my sex life if it was always me giving and not receiving. I agree that maybe an honest conversation needs to be had. Surely a condom will not have the same effect as a hand job without one? Obviously none of us are in your relationship so we can all comment from our own perspectives and points of view.
