I’m looking for a toy that thrusts fairly rapidly. Internally I have 0% feeling and the only thing that gets any rise/pleasure is if I do sharp, short thrusts directed right at the front wall when I have a mostly full bladder. If done right it’s amazing, but it’s such hard work I maybe get it once or twice a year. I know this is super niche, but I’m just built this way, what can you do? I know there are plenty women out there who like it hard and fast, so this is similar to that.
Because of this I’m looking for something hands free that can do this but all the videos demo-ing the thrusting are like 1 setting out of the touted 10 or something which is not helpful at all to make any informed decision.

We’ve got a ‘machine’ that might fit the bill. We got it from eBay, I’ll give you the title of it if I can find it. It has a speed choice for thrusting.
I’m convinced Lovehoney use to sell a proper free standing sex machine that could have cored out the channel tunnels in half the time with 10 times the fun. But I don’t see it now I know they are available elsewhere. The Cowgirl is effective but expensive and still might not hit the right spots for you.

Carla, my barmaid/lover has one, and we use it regularly (as in every couple of weeks). It isn’t a cheap one, custom made, robust and brutal. We love it.
But, lots of them are as you described. A bit of fun, then put away again. A lot of them don’t quite hit the spot. So I wouldn’t confuse a lack of desire to use one with a lack of performance from the machine.

With machines the key is spending more on a sturdy, well built device. There are lots of cheaper options however they are often flimsy in build quality and lack power.
