Favourite video games/board games at the moment?

What are you playing, either solo or with others? What gems have others missed out on?

Cards Against Humanity is always fun.

I love Ticket to Ride as well, any version

5e is the staple of our home brew and we also have our own style too.

I did get rid of What Do You Meme the other day. We played it as a family but it’s just not CAH.

Exploding Kittens was another we didn’t get along with.

I enjoy Boggle too, and I’m known for making Words With Friends… interesting

Bad People was amusing.

Dirty Minds can be fun if your brain works that way :face_with_hand_over_mouth:

Codenames, the rude version is brilliant (or painful if your partner isn’t on the same wavelength as you )

HeckMeck is random and weird dice game that’s fun and really straightforward, family friendly

I don’t like the look of Bad People, I just found it online and looking at some of the sample cards, I already know the answer my lot would give to three question cards shown: “Elena… Elena… Elena” :joy:

Dirty Minds? 100%, I’m pure filth me, as are my lot. Case in point, a couple of years ago I was trying to open a bottle of wine with a corkette and my Mum said I “had the right technique”, my mind just went at that point and I couldn’t breathe for laughter. She called me dirty minded but she bought me my own corkette for Christmas “so you can keep practicing”

Codenames looks interesting too. I’d have to look more into that one, thank you

I just mainly play Fortnite

I have lost count of how many hours I’ve spent watching my husband play Football Manager/Pokemon TCG Shop Simulator. I don’t see the appeal personally, but if he’s happy :joy:

I think my husband would say the same about himself :joy:

Patience I can definitely see but he’s a quarter Scottish so I guess he has an excuse

Helldivers 2 over here …. Waiting to get on cod7

Love a good board game, and I know there was a thread last Xmas but will keep an eye on this for new suggestions.

How good is CAH?

If you’re easily offended, I’d avoid it. If you have a dark, depraved sense of humour like I do, well, then it’s quite fun :smiling_face_with_horns:
