Yes I try and have them on my breakfast every day. Also oily fish like salmon and avocados is good as well.

I sat with my cats while it was done, it was very peaceful and I felt me being there made them feel calm.

Always held my dogs at the end, I couldnāt just walk away. At least they went comforted and loved. Also theyāre buried in my garden, with shrubs or little monuments to remember them by.

I opted to be the one to be there stroking him while he had the injectionā¦ my OH just couldnāt face it. It was peaceful and quick. The vet was lovely and afterwards called my OH back in and we were allowed plenty of time alone with our dog to cuddle him and say goodbye

Yeah we had a good 40 minutes in a private room beforehand with the last one, I just held him in my arms like a baby until we were called in. We have framed pics around the house of them all, and I have a huge dog gallery on my phone too.

My mom had cats growing up, I always wanted a dog, she said no. 3 months after marrying 1st wife, we got a dog. A small beagle. Fast forward 13 years and we knew she needed to be put down, she had many issues. Normal day, I got up and went to work. After lunch my ex-wife called me to tell me to come home to bury her. My then wife had her put down and I had no idea she was going to do that! I didnāt get to say goodbye to my 1st ever dog while she was living or be there when she was put down.
Iāve said before on the forum, my ex and I had many issues, in and out out of the bedroom.

Yeah, my first dog who my mum and dad had before I was born was very old and frail and had health issues and they had her put to sleep whilst I was staying at my nanās. I know they did it so I wasnāt upset, but it was upsetting to come home and look for her and then be told. I still feel they made a mistake with their decision, and I still regret not being able to say goodbye to her. She was such a gentle soul and my 10 years with her were magical.

Health issues with BP and Cholesterol and watch my sugar levels. Borderline diabetes. All avoided with diet and exercise program. Statins and ACE Inhibiters most likely for future

Thankfully Iām going the other direction. My recent annual physical the doc said she was taking me off my BP med, my BP was 103/70, so no need to continue. Iām weaning off an anti anxiety drug I have been taking too. I think it is contributing to my orgasmic difficulty. So now down to two meds, a statin, and one to help urination flow. Better diet and fitness has helped a lot. Still have the aches and pains, but everybody does at this age.
