Has anyone purposely gone for a job because it’s linked to their fetish?
As you all may have picked up from my posts I love feet. I’ve been in my current job for almost 20 years. It’s an independent shoe ship that mainly caters for women’s footwear (do men’s too). I purposely applied for this job for that reason.
I’m genuinely surprised ive not been fired yet as there has been many occasions where I’ve gotten aroused by people trying on shoes. Most of the time the women put their own shoes on but on the lucky occasions where for one reason or another they need assistance and that’s when I break the Flash’s speed record and move in to help

Not gotten a job because of my kinks, but do my job because of my kinks.
It was after Fifty Shades of Grey. Seeing how popular the books/movies were with my peers, I said to my husband “I suppose someone our age needs to write about this stuff (BDSM) now”. He just looked at me and said “well why not you? You write well”, and that was how I started blogging about my life and educating in BDSM.

I would have liked to have worked in a lingerie shop. I love lingerie and would have probably bought one of everything so would have spent all my salary. So not really very profitable.

That’s great your husband was supportive and encouraged you and it’s great that you took the plunge begin doing this.
Besides helping many others I’m sure, I have no doubt it’s helped you out too.

Thank you, he’s wonderful and I’m sure he would say the same about me. I curse him sometimes because soemtimes I have so much work to do but even with that, I wouldn’t change it.
It’s definitely given me a sense of purpose. I used to struggle to find work too, because of my disabilities. Now I don’t have to worry about that. Now I work for myself.

That’s so my problem with a lot of my product reviews! I typically end up raiding Lovehoney during the sales and it’s like “but is this profitable, Elena?” (I’m an affiliate) and the answer is usually “no, not really, but it is pleasurable!”
