Your fingers and plenty of lube is the best place to start. You'll really get a good idea of what it feels like and you have complete control of the sensation. Teach you body to relax. Breathe slowly and insert your fingers a little further each time you exhale, that's when your muscles are at their most relaxed. Then progress onto a butt plug. A medium size with a nice thin neck will stay put well..... remember the lube xx
