Without further information, I’m going to assume we’re talking about an adult woman who’s been having penetrative for years but just hasn’t used toys?
As such, I know the go to answer on the forum for a first sex toy is usually a good bullet but from personal experience, I disagree. My first vibe was a medium sized rabbit (inspired, at the time, by that episode of sex and the city

If I have interpreted your question wrong and we’re talking about someone younger and not experienced… I’d still pick a rabbit… but a slimmer girthed one!

My suggestion would be to keep it simple. If she’s not all that sure what she likes yet, maybe look at classic vibrators, as these work pretty well internally and externally. Just be careful because some of them are surprisingly large.

I would recommend a wand for a first toy, you don’t need to be precise, especially for someone new to toys. A wand is good for experimenting on different parts of the body. I think this Mon Ami wand is a good choice as its not too powerful, its a mix between rumby and buzzy vibes and the look and colour make it less threatening than some others.
